Mummy's Boast

My son, almost 4 years, has a special talent for drawing animals. He did his first recognizable horse before he was two! Since then he has spend at least 1 hour of drawing every day. Using if possible a notebook per day. My little suitcase for special drawings to keep for Mum & Dad has grown into two packing boxes!! Well, today I catched this turtle at his (money saving) drawing board. Isn't it cute?

good thing we have cameras then, eh?
Now your box is really going to overflow!
I love kid's art! Time to get out the embroidery floss; you think?

Wow! I think this is really great, especially for a not yet 4 year old! What a great idea above, to embroider this design on something. I'd love to see more, there is nothing like art from children to me.

I just spent a happy time on your blog! Thanks!

That is a fab turtle. My daughter is 4 and she just loves drawing too, it is so nice when they can just sit down for hours and draw stuff (heavy on my paper supplies though!!!)
